Lowest publicly advertised rate per lender, by term, tracked daily.
LTV and BER filters only change lenders that actually price by that dimension (only Bank of Ireland varies by BER; most other lenders vary by LTV). Lenders whose rate doesn't depend on the selected filter keep showing their normal rate. With BER set to "All", Bank of Ireland is quoted at BER D so it compares like-for-like against other lenders' standard products – pick a BER band explicitly to override that.
Every lender's cheapest rate by LTV band and term, for the selected customer type, independent of the chart filters above. New-business and existing-customer rates are never mixed - lenders that don't price by customer type (AIB, Avant Money, Haven, ICS, MoCo) show the same rates under both. LTV bands are normalized into 5 common buckets across lenders (native band boundaries differ per lender, so a lender's quoted rate is repeated in every bucket its actual band overlaps). "Standard/HVM/Green" are the lowest rate found in each category per term; buy-to-let and EBS top-up rates are excluded, and terms run from the standard variable rate (SVR) through 1-10yr fixed. MoCo and Nua publish no variable rate, so their SVR cells are empty.
